Fire brick classification

1. High alumina brick: the content of Al2O3 is more than 75, the refractoriness is higher than that of clay brick, the corrosion resistance is good, and it is suitable for the zone of cement kiln burning. The service life is long but the price is high

2. Dolomite brick: it has good performance of hanging kiln skin and good resistance to erosion. However, some of the bricks contain f-cao, which is easy to be hydrated and difficult to transport and keep

3. Magnesite-chrome brick: it is good to hang the shell of the kiln, and is mostly used in the sintering belt. Its disadvantages are poor thermal shock resistance and high toxicity of Cr

4. Spinel brick: it is mainly used for excessive belt, with good seismic performance and reducing resistance, but slightly less refractoriness

5. Anti-spalling brick: this brick contains a small amount of ZrO, which produces markov phase transition and forms fine cracks in the heating process. It has strong anti-alkali, good anti-spalling and anti-slag properties

6. Phosphate brick: low refractoriness, but with high strength and high thermal shock, it is mainly used for grate cold machine, kiln hood and so on

7. Carbonated silica brick: high temperature resistance (around 1800 degrees, softening temperature under load is between 1620 and 1640), low thermal expansion coefficient, rapid cold and hot wear resistance, suitable for cooling belt and kiln mouth

8. Silicon motile: good thermal shock, high strength and wear resistance, suitable for overband.
