Solid sodium silicate molding machine is ideal cooling production process equipment with high efficiency, less drain and less pollution. In the process of production, the high-temperature molten glass from the furnace flows to trough plate directly, which is shaped here. The product formed is transported to the end of the chain plate machine, and falls into the ladder form hopper for backup. The shape of the product is similar to the geometric shape of pyramid. The solid sodium silicate will be in favor of package, transportation, storage and high efficient subsequent dissolution.
Frame structure of the machine is inclined installation, both ends are provided with a pair of driving sprocket and the driven sprocket, each are connected by a chain, the chain plates are installed between the two chain, respectively, the cooling medium is transported by the transporting tube between the up and down chain plate, there are small holes on the transporting tube, the product will not directly contacted with the water.


Advantage:

1. Less Drain: Product loss is more than 3% in water quenching method, such as an annual output of 25,000 tons of sodium silicate, loss equals about 30 thousand dollars; while product loss for chain plate molding machine can be as low as 0.01%.
2.Less waste water, less pollution: Large amounts of cooling water in the original water quenching method, causing great pollution to the environment, the PH value of discharging water is greater than 10 or more, while for the chain plate molding machine, cooling water is cyclic utilization in the bottom of the chain plate.
3. Higher product quality: Final product is not direct exposed with water, thus improving the quality and purity of the final product.
4. Better utilization: molding product with applicable outline, high transparency and uniformity, in favor of package, transportation, storage and high efficient subsequent dissolution.
